Legal Policies


If your subscription is based on credit card billing, we will automatically charge your credit card as applicable according to your subscription and renewal of your subscription, for the cost of the subscription and any applicable taxes for the use of StealthGenie Software you select. If any fee is not paid in a timely manner, or we are unable to process your transaction using the credit card information provided, we reserve the right to revoke access to your StealthGenie Account and use of the StealthGenie Software. If you do not bring your StealthGenie balance current within thirty (30) days after we provide you with notification that your account is in arrears, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to your StealtGenie account. You will be responsible for paying all past due amounts. If you want to use a different credit card or update credit card information, you may make edits by accessing your Account page. If your credit card reaches its expiration date, your continued use of the StealthGenie Services constitutes your authorization for us to continue billing that credit card and you remain responsible for any uncollected amounts. It is your responsibility to keep your contact information and payment information current and updated. By signing up for a StealthGenie account, you hereby agree to these payment terms and conditions.


This policy applies to your purchase of the StealthGenie software. It is essential that you read these terms carefully before buying your subscription as it includes important information regarding your rights as well as the restrictions and inclusions concerned with your purchase. By placing an order, you agree that your purchase is subject to this policy.


If you are looking to install StealthGenie in to an iPhone, you MUST jailbreak the phone. StealthGenie is impossible to install into an iPhone unless it has been jail broken. You can learn more about jail breaking an iOS phone by going here.


In case your target phone user updates the iPhone to the new iOS version, you can reinstall StealthGenie software on the device again provided that the target iPhone has been jailbroken. If the is no Jailbreak option for the latest iOS, StealthGenie software will NOT run on that iPhone.


Please note that certain features offered by StealthGenie software are not applicable to certain platforms. Before buying StealthGenie software, make sure to check all the available features on your desired mobile phone and tablet. BBM chats may not be recorded and uploaded on you StealthGenie account due to some limitations in some BlackBerry devices. While this issue has nothing to do with StealthGenie software, certain BlackBerry phones have this limitation by default. In this case, only BBM chats will not be recorded, however all other features available on the BlackBerry package will work smoothly.


If you have any problem with the download, installation, activation or usage of the StealthGenie service, we shall work with you and give you constant support to fix any possible issues and you may be eligible for a full refund in some cases. If we cannot fix the problem; and you wish to request a refund, the following policies apply.


For the refund policy to apply, you must contact us within 7 (seven) days from the date of purchase of StealthGenie service subscription. If you fail to notify us about any problems within the first 7 days from the date of purchase of your StealthGenie service subscription, the refund policy will not apply.


We reserve the right to withhold a portion of the subscription fees in case the refund falls under the following conditions:

  • If you purchased StealthGenie and realized that a certain feature is not available on your target mobile phone or tablet after buying, we will hold 20% of your subscription.
  • If you purchased StealthGenie but now have changed your mind and do not want to monitor the target mobile phone or tablet anymore, we will hold 20% of your subscription.
  • If you claim that someone else used your credit card information to buy StealthGenie software without your notice or permission, we will hold 20% of your subscription.
  • If you are facing problems logging BBM chats due to some limitations on your target BlackBerry device, we will refund 20% of the subscription but the ongoing StealthGenie subscription will not be disrupted or terminated.
  • If you have purchased the iPhone package but now do not wish to Jailbreak the iPhone you wish to monitor (a requirement for StealthGenie to work), we will hold 25% of the subscription.
  • If the target phone user updates the iPhone to the latest iOS version with no Jailbreak, we will hold 25% of the subscription.
  • If you do not have physical access to the phone you want to monitor anymore. (Physical access is required for installation), we will retain 40% of the subscription.
  • If you are attempting to claim a refund (for any reason) after 7 days of purchasing your StealthGenie subscription, we will retain 40% of the subscription.
  • If you want to use one of the features that are only available on a rooted Android phone but do not wish to root your target phone, we will retain 40% of the subscription. These features are highlighted on our features page.


  • The refund may apply only to the first StealthGenie subscription. No refund will be available on additional purchases or more than one subscription at one time.
  • Your money may be refunded only once. If you buy another StealthGenie subscription at a later time, any refund requests will not be entertained.


Events that we have no control over will not be eligible for refunds. These include the following scenarios:

  • If the customer refuses to upgrade to the latest StealthGenie version in the event of performed upgrade on the target phone.
  • In the event that the target phone has its memory flashed or it is restored to factory settings by the user.
  • If the target phone or its operating system does not fall into the compatibility requirements for the operation of StealthGenie or if the user willingly changes the target phone or its OS to one that is not compatible with StealthGenie.
  • The target phone loses internet connection due to any reason (no credit on the phone’s account, service interruption, roaming problems, etc).
  • If a customer refuses to follow the installation and troubleshooting guidelines provided by our technical support team.
  • If data from BEFORE the installation of the app is not being uploaded.
  • Personal reasons that have nothing to do with the operation ("I've changed my mind", "I've made a purchase by mistake", etc.) of StealthGenie.


In order to request a refund, please send an email to our billing dept. at or go to our Customer Support section and create a ticket. We do not accept refund requests through Live Chat. We will normally get back to you with a decision within 1-3 business days.
